# Annotate Item Attachments

Additionally, if updated with text, the text will get posted to the related record's Chatter feed with the configured settings

#### 1. Go to Item details

#### 2. Click on Show more actions

#### 3. Click on Annotate Attachments

#### 4. Select Item Revision

#### 5. Click on Next

#### 6. Select the Document Attachment you want to edit

This search is limited to PDF, PNG, or JPG files.

#### 7. Click on Annotate Document

#### 8. Now that the editor is open, Annotate the image by cropping, annotating, redacting, or resizing. Click on Annotate

#### 9. To add text, Click on Text. This will update the chatter feed text for the parent Item

#### 10. Add any additional annotations desired

#### 11. Click on Done to save the image

#### 12. Close the Modal

#### 13. Click on Refresh this feed to see the update
