Parsing PDFs

PDFs contain a lot of valuable information, RenderDraw makes it easy to extract that information and relate it to Salesforce Records


1. Go to RenderDraw Settings | Salesforce

2. Click on Data Utilities

3. Click on Data Utilities

4. Select "airendmedium.pdf" from file upload menu

5. Click on Data Utilities

6. Click on Data Utilities

7. Click on Data Utilities

8. Click on Data Utilities

9. Click on Data Utilities

10. Click on Data Utilities

11. Click on Proceed

12. Click on Object

13. Click on Data Utilities

14. Type "Produ"

15. Click on option

16. Type "3D "

17. Click on listbox

18. Click on 3d glasses

19. Click on Data Utilities

20. Click on Data Utilities

21. Click on Proceed

22. Click on Data Utilities

23. Click on Data Utilities

24. To view the Saved image, Click the checkbox icon.

25. To view the associated record, click on the "Go to the Associated Salesforce record" button on the right

27. Notice all of the Saved Images? Success!

28. Click on Data Utilities

30. Click on Proceed

31. Click on Go To Associated Salesforce Record

32. Click on list

34. Click on Files…
